Coach Development Program
One-week theory and practical sessions for coaches, ending with an official certification from a professional club.
Our short-term tryout program offers players aged 13–22 a full professional experience inside a European club. During the week, players train daily with the academy team of their age category, participate in tactical sessions, and are evaluated directly by the principal coach.
Accommodation in the official club residency, full board, transport, and complete training kits are provided. At the end of the stay, each participant receives an evaluation report outlining strengths, areas for improvement, and the club’s final decision.

We organise international talent discovery events that bring professional La Liga staff directly to players around the world. These 3-day intensive camps give hundreds of athletes the chance to showcase their skills through matches, training sessions, and evaluations designed by the visiting club.
Each player has multiple opportunities to perform in front of professional coaches, and the best 3–5 participants are selected to travel to Spain for further training inside the club’s official environment.
This program opens doors for young talents who may not otherwise have access to European professional football.

Our coach development program is designed for trainers seeking to improve their methodology, expand their technical knowledge, and learn from professional club environments.
Over the course of one week, participants take part in theoretical sessions, observe training, engage in practical workshops, and exchange directly with professional staff.
At the end of the program, each coach receives an official certification from the hosting club, validating their participation and learning experience.
