Following on from our successful inaugural football event with Cádiz CF, Olympia Dream proudly presents our latest Talent Discovery Programme alongside Málaga CF.

From February 2nd to 4th, 2026, in Tunis, young players will get the chance showcase their skills. Málaga’s expert trainers will lead a thorough evaluation of technical and tactical abilities over 3 days of matches and exercises.

Olympia Dream offers this unique platform, ensuring all talents are seen, while the final selection rests with Málaga’s coaches.

Ultimately, three chosen players will earn a one-week tryout at Málaga CF. Get ready to shine!

Talent Discovery Program

Our Talent Discovery Program is a three-day elite scouting experience held in Tunisia. This program is designed for young players seeking international exposure and the opportunity to be evaluated by professional European clubs.

The program is offered three times a year:

October
February
July

Each edition gathers players from across the region in a highly competitive and professional environment.

What the Program Includes:

3 days of high-intensity training sessions
Technical, tactical, and physical evaluations
Performance assessments by professional scouts
Match simulations and competitive games
Direct interaction with European club representatives
Professional photos & video footage included

Opportunity for the Top 3 Players:
At the end of each Talent Discovery Program, the top three standout players are selected and rewarded with an exclusive opportunity:

→ A fully sponsored 1- to 2-week stay in Spain

This includes:

Full accommodation
Meals
Daily training with the partner club
Integration into the academy environment
Friendly matches or evaluation sessions

This is a unique chance for players to train abroad, be observed by professional staff, and potentially open doors toward an international football career.
